2. Payment Terms

4. Liability and Insurance

If the client decides to terminate the agreement, they must provide a 14-day notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will apply.
5.2 Provider-Initiated Termination
Gardening Services Poplar reserves the right to terminate services due to non-compliance with terms, unsafe working conditions, or other valid reasons, with appropriate notice.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from the service agreement, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
